Still sick..

So, I've been pretty sick since last week. No good. But, I've been trying to keep up with my workouts. Running has been tough, since it jiggles around the stomach, and makes me more sick, but I gave myself yesterday off, so I should be better for today.
I went to a store in my area called Everything Natural to find some better things than what's out at the regular stores. I bought really amazing dark chocolate, polenta, pysillium husks, and some nice teas. I have digestive issues, so the pysillium and the teas are great for me.
I'm looking forward to my next few runs, which are 4, 6, and 8 miles. I'm also getting much stronger with the running and strength training. I've been doing the hundred push up program with my perfect push ups, and I found that although it's much harder than regular push ups, I'm able to pump out a lot of regular push ups in one shot. I've NEVER done push ups before this challenge, so I'm super excited!

Anyway.. back to work!
