My husband has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. The eating plans and patterns that I have practiced here are helping with getting him back on track now. Might even get me back on track!!! Since I've started, I've lost 20 pounds and kept it off ... but haven't been following a program since September. Actually I'm good with not having gained the weight back. Now it's time to go lower!!!

    Hello Lady,
    Your husband is lucky to have you watching out for him and his diabetes. You both will do this together and make good progress by helping one another (isn't that what married couples do). You have achieved in losing those 20 pounds and it shows that you can do anything you have your mind into it. Your goal will come closer and closer and as you keep losing. You must be very proud that you are achieving and it will make you feel like a new person. Keep going and I wish you luck all the way. Always, ERNA emoticon emoticon
