Veggies, Veggies, Veggies you either hate them or love them. There is no in between. I have come to love them. My Dr. started me out on just eating vegies because of my diabetes.
That was 3 months ago. Now I can have some lean meats, brown rice, and whole grain bread.
In the three months I have lost only about 6 pounds. I kept asking why. I was eating about 1000 calories a day at the least. Mostly around 1500. Which was my limit. And I was exercising an hour and a half a day. Over the last 3 weeks I have been losing the same 5 pounds over and over again. Come to find out that since I was exercising I had to eat more. I always believed calories in and calories out. Eat less calories and you will lose weight. I have had to come to rethink this.
'So this week I am making sure I eat enough and guess what. I lost 3 pounds! Who would of thunk? Well, tomorrow is a new day...night everyone!
