Don't you hate when you're doing really well with a goal, and then you get sick? All day yesterday I was sitting at work thinking, "My tummy is killing me?" Then I remembered, my younger brother's been battling a bug for the past day or so, and a few people at work have been sick. So, I stuck through the day, and didn't eat my usual meals since I couldn't handle eating much. I went to the gym, ran my 3.5, did shoulders and was ready to die when I headed home. I was hoping to make one of my favorite dishes, but ended up only wanting to make Cream of Wheat and some pretzels (it was about all I could really handle).
I have to give myself some credit, I did my workout, and I still ate decently well, but unfortunately I couldn't eat my meals of high veggie content. But, what are ya gonna do when you're sick, right?!?!?
So, we'll see how today goes. I still feel like crap, and the only thing I ate so far was Special K with a banana since it's pretty bland. But, I'm not so sure how my 7 miler is going to go...
