feeling great -not losing weight...

Yet. i know how it works, but a tiny budge of the scale would be motivating. anyhow, too Tae bo today and was complimented by the instructor for my punches! That was cool. i do throw a pretty mean jab. i felt great w/the class - lots of energy and good form. some trouble with the jump rope b/c of pain in my back, but i'm dealing and not getting mad @ imperfection. speaking of, went to bed last night w/just a light dinner and NO SNACKING!! i was pretty impressed. i did screw up lunch today - no measuring or counting - just wheat thins right from the box w/wispride cheese by the crackerful. i ate til full - so fun. now i got to haul right back. the cheese and cracker lunch will definately make me hold my water!

Still having trouble with the journaling committment. not sure why - just busy or avoiding reality i suppose. plus its not a habit so forming that habit on top of other habits is just falling by the wayside. no knockouts this week, but still committed! the weather was awesome today - what a spirit nourish!
