At a standstill

I have been at a standstill with my weight. I havent been drinking like I should. I need motivation. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I need to be accountable for my not loosing.

    This is what works for me: I got a glass that holds 2 cups of water so that means I have to drink 4 cups, right? First thing in the morning I drink 1, another 1 just before or around lunch time, the next one mid afternoon and the last one at dinner or shortly thereafter. Don't want to tbe guzzling water late into the evening, LOL

    You can do it girl. And remember it takes a little time...I had some 'issues' getting myself to drink water like I should. I have worked my way up to 5 cups a day so far...Still shooting for 8. You'll get there... We can do it together emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Try making a notebook up charting your food, your water intake, your feelings. Do you want this girlfriend, bottom line just have to do what you know you have to do. I am here for you if you need to talk, share, vent whatever it takes!! Tender hugs. Pat
