Making Progress

Well, I'm about 3 weeks in now I am making progress. I weigh in on Mondays, at the lifecenter for weight loss...boy, I was so scared..what was the scale going to reveal today... Well , it revealed that if you use the foodtracker everyday, and excerise atleast 30 mintues everyday that you can make progress. How do I know this because today the scale was 4 lbs lighter, for a total of 6 lbs since I began my journey. What else did the scale say "thank you" ,thanks for eating properly, and walking even though your feet are killing you. I am making progress, and I will continue logging in my food intake, whether it be good or bad choices, and I will walk for atleast 30 minutes until I am able to carry on longier, even if it does hurt my feet.
