Week 5 weigh-in - lost 2 lbs. I really thought it would be more because I'm feeling thinner. Oh well, I'll take it. I have been sick for a few days and have not eaten all my calories for each day so I expected a better loss. Had a horrible night of coughing and aching in my back and legs. Up early today for a cup of tea - hope it helps.
