Update- 1m 1wk

So far everything is going pretty well. I'm having a few quirks here and there (weighing myself daily, having panic attacks every time I'm at the checkout aisle at publix- I have been spending so much!) But I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in just a short amount of time.

At first I thought I would have until December to lose all the weight because that is when I graduate college, but I have been recently invited to my cousin's beach house in August. 6 months to lose 50 lbs. I hope it's a reasonable goal!

Other than that- SP has been AMAZING I've been tracking all food & exercise and staying under 1350 cal everyday.

    Keri, you look great and have done very well. If you don't make the goal for the beachhouse, at least you will be closer to it in August. Don't make your goals too hard, just make them to get health, one bite at a time. We can all do this!
