Weekly Goal met February 1-7th

Most of last year was good for me in terms of working out and meals. Then towards the last few months they weren't and I really couldn't put my finger on it. Recently I realized that it had everything to do with goals. I had a great routine of setting up goals at the beginning of the week and then logging daily how I did. When I stopped doing that and just randomly worked out without committing to myself, I stopped seeing results.
At the beginning of the year, I made a resolution to get back into my goal setting routine and I am back on track. This week I made and even surpassed my goals
Goal: 10.65 miles - Treadmill Actual: 10.70 miles
Goal: 200 min walking Actual: 200 min
Goal: 3000 crunches Actual: 3250 crunches
325 squats Actual: 325 squats
Goal: 200 push ups Actual: 200 push ups
50 jumping jacks Actual: 60 jumping jacks
Next week I will set my goals again and working on my consistency.
