More logging, less blogging?

Sometimes I get carried away writing, but I 'm going to try to keep this short because I have a serious amount of work to do catching up on my exercise logging. I joined another team that does "virtual travel" using a free government web site to log mileage (exercise.lbl.gov; see my Sparkpage to quickly locate the team if you are interested), and I have also been busy with work and family stuff.
I stayed on track diet-wise this week, continued exercising, and experienced noticeable improvements in overall fitness (if not weight loss). I am able to do the whole spinning class now (including standing) without pushing my heart rate up too high, and - THIS IS HUGE - I was able to jog continuously for 10 minutes with no signs of discomfort or fatigue. I didn't really think I had it in me this week, but I did. More and more I find that if I can just get myself to the gym (or outside, weather permitting), the rest is easy.
