Could it be?

Wednesday, February 04, 2009

Today I was watching television and everyone knows that there are lots of food commercials for every program. This one commercial had me thinking and craving because the food looked so good but all of a sudden I realize I was watching a commercial for salad dressing and this commercial had cauliflower and huge green salads and carrot sticks and tomatoes and cucumbers. I am thinking I have got to buy me this food. So could this be the influence that Spark has had on me that now that I have learned what certain fast foods and junk foods have in the way of calories and fat and other unhealthy benefits that they are loosing their hold on me? It has got to be true so thank you Spark for the education you are providing because my thinking has to first change before anything else will. So I am looking forward to my reprogramming.

I have found that you do see food in a different way after being here at SP exploring all that it has to offer....of course, it takes time and hard work to collect all the tools that fit your lifestyle and adjust certain things. The most important thing is that you do it at your pace & time and remember that when you do get off track (for whatever reason) that you can always get back on track. The NEVER GIVE UP saying works for this journey of healthy living and there is so much to learn about everything....YOU, food, exercise and what makes you happy day after day....and you do deserve to be HAPPY.

    Have a wonderful healthy Tuesday.....
