getting back to my workouts after being sick for two weeks

I tried to work out last night and I was absolutely dying. I used my heart rate monitor and found that my heart rate was way above what it was supposed to be during the workout (I'm using our Xbox and a personal trainer game that is really specifically tuned to my weight and fitness level). I was exhausted and starving around the halfway mark and I found that I was really frustrated. However, I stuck to it and did the best I could and it turned out that I had burned around 450 calories. No wonder I felt like I was working so hard, because I was! I hope I can continue to work out during the week so that next week I am good to go on our ski trip to Stowe, Vermont!
I'm so glad that I have been able to lose 35 pounds so far. It makes me want to keep going and meet my goal of 100 pounds total!
