My momma sent me a pedometer. This is a fun tool!! Last Friday I had a very busy (and long) night at work with the kids (Kid's Night Out at the church). I walked 5.6 miles that day!!! Man, I've been showing everyone my 'trophy' of step counts for that day.

So that was THEN, this is NOW. I haven't really come close to that again YET. I do enjoy looking at how much I do move around in just a 'regular' day with 3 boys and a job that keeps me so busy though.

It makes it so easy to set goals and keep up with them in 'true time'. If the step counter isn't as high as I'd like it to be then I just get moving right then and there! (Then I smile at the progress I JUST made!)

THANKS MOM!! I really do enjoy the pedometer.
