I work out almost everyday and I notice a change with my body and I watch what I eat, stay within my calories and watch my carbs. Yet when I get on the scale it continues to go up. What's up with that? I am to frustrated

    You are probably gaining muscle...I think measurements are a great idea too. Do you track your food on spark or some other way? Do you weigh in at the same time of day in the same clothes? Those are some other tips that help me make sure i am getting a true reading on the scale. don't get are working out becoming a happier & healthier you!!!

    Maybe it just takes some time to get the number on the scale to go down. Did you take measurements? Sometimes the measurements show progress when the scales don't.
