Alright, I'll last blog wasn't all that positive or upbeat, but it made me think...if I'm not losing weight, am I losing inches? I knew my clothes had started fitting differently and my muscles were more defined, but was this "lifestyle change" really working? I felt like I was doing everything possible (but need more sleep!), but the scale hadn't moved much and my patience was wearing thin!!

I hadn't measured myself before I started, but decided to do so on Jan. 20; I figured I'd give myself two weeks before I re-measured to check my progress. I measured myself today and the results were AMAZING...I've lost a grand total of almost 14 inches from my body!!! Call me crazy, but I'd say my routine is pretty kick ass! emoticon

I measured the following body parts:

neck--14 inches
waist--37.5 inches
hips--43.5 inches
rib cage--34.5 inches
thigh--24 1/4 inches
calf--15 1/4 inches
upper arm--12.5 inches
forearm--9 1/4 inches

The scale still hasn't moved much, but with these types of results, who cares?! I'm feeling so many different emotions right now...I feel like I'm about to burst!!! Although I wonder how much progress I've made overall, I'm beyond thrilled that I've come this far. Best wishes to all and PLEASE don't give up...together we can beat this!!!
