Goal 1 Reached

1. Lose 25lbs-400lbs
Today was the end of Week 4, officially 1 month in and I was down to 398.2lbs, down over 25lbs in the first month. I can't say that I see a great deal of change in my appearance yet, except I do see it in my face a bit, but my energy levels have been through the roof and exercise has now become routine. The first 2 weeks were hard with always being hungry, sore and tired. Now I don't mind going to the gym, I am not hungry, and I am sleeping much better. I feel like I have tons of energy at the end of the day! My workouts are getting easier, when I first started I could barely do 10 minutes on the ellipitcal at a heart rate of 175! Now I can easily do 30 minutes and maintain a 155 HR.
Goal 1 is done, now onto goal 2, to lose 10% BW, another ~16 pounds to go in the next 4 weeks.....should be doable, maybe even a bit before.
