I admit I didn't make it through the whole month of Coach Nicole's Boot Camp, but that's because I got together with the Personal Trainer at work and she made a training schedule for me. I've been doing that for most of this month (with a week off because I was sick.)
My training schedule:
Mon, Wed, Fri - 30 minutes of Interval Training (walk 3.8 mph at 3% incline, run 5 mph at 0% incline - 2 min intervals)
Tues, Thur - 30 minutes of Circuit Training (combination of cardio and strength training)
Starting Weight: 159 lbs. Current: 157.5 lbs.
Starting Waist: 33 in. Current: 31 in.
Starting Waist at Belly Button: 35 in. Current: 33 in.
Starting Hips: 42 in. Current: 41 in.
Starting Neck: 14 in. Current: 14 in.
Starting Bicep: 14 in. Current: 13 in.
Starting Pant Size: 10 Current: 10
