So, now we are officially into the month of Feb, I thought I would re-cap what I have accomplished in January.
Exercised for 750 spark fitness minutes
Stuck to nutrition goals 24/ 26 days
Bought new underwear in a smaller size
My goals for Feb are to continue with spark, sticking to my nutrition ranges. I want to earn 1000 fitness mins and lose 8 lbs - here we go!!!!!!!!
