Good choices!

Good choices is how to describe today. I woke and started my day w/ fresh mushroom, red pepper and 1 Tbsp fat free cheddar cheese in two eggs cooked w/no fat. A side of apple juice, coffee and cream of wheat (only about a 1/3 cup). It was filling and lasted me till nearly 2pm yet was good for me. My lunch was good as well - fat free tortillas with vegetables, light cheddar, turkey brat (1/4 of one thinkly sliced). Again only 400+ calories.

I managed to get in my home routine of exercise again and help volunteer for son's event. So this weekend is humming along very well! Good choices all the way around - food, exercise, talking, time for self, and volunteer work! It can be done when you aren't stressed or distracted.

You can do it too! This is a big deal because there have times in the past several years when getting out of bed was my goal! So don't give up... you can do it too!
