with the move

Now living at my dad's house, which will be interesting. It will be a little easier to eat healthy (though there are still some temptations).

Have to find a job soon. we'll have to wait and see how that goes

    I hope things work out for you at your Dads. No wonder you have trouble finding time to write, you have a full plate!

    I wish you the best on finding time to do all that is important to you. When I start feeling overwhelmed I can't give anything my best . I get stuck or frozen up like my computer does sometimes.

    What I found helpful is morning pages. You get out of bed , fix a cup of coffee , tea or whatever. Get your pen and notebook and as fast as you can write down any thoughts that come to your mind....these will mostly be things that are weighing you down. You don't try to be neat or structured. Just write as fast as you can for 5 min. When your done, ask the Lord to remove these cares from you...to solve the ones you can't because only some things God can do , and to show you which ones are your responsibility and ask him for wisdom in finding good solutions. Then shred the paper up. Next day do it again. The same worry might show up day after day or new ones .

    This really helps free your mind up. You don't need to carry a lot of stress around when you already have a full plate that needs your attention.
