Final Weigh-in - Bootcamp

I'm down to a 36.5" (-1.5") waist and 39" (-1") hips, so that's an improvement for the month! I have been hovering around 145 lbs (-3lbs) (up and down all week), so that's definitely an improvement as well! While I didn't reach my goal weight for the month, I attribute that to my new training for the triathlon (changing things up always stalls my weight loss or makes me gain a bit back.) So, overall I'm happy with my progress! 5 more months until the wedding - hoping to get down to 135 by then so I can look/feel fabulous at the wedding, honeymoon, and the beginning of our new life together.

I plan to continue doing the bootcamp videos as my morning workout!

    This is FEBRUARY 1st and my son, Nick's 34th birthday. Can't believe how time flies by.

    Wow, thats awesome progress! Who cares what the scale says you are obviously getting really toned and losing those inches! Keep it up and you will be at goal in no time!
