Started using WATP for ABS. I think I'm getting a good aerobic workout, for me anyway. Losing about a pound a week. Better than gaining. Trying not to get discouraged. Looking for that "big" 5 lbs weight loss. Can't get my calorie count down. HUNGRY. I'm going to try Slippery Elm. It kind of numbs the stomach. Used it a few years ago. No harmful side effects. I need some help to get started cutting my calories. Last weekend I walked 3 miles on Sat and Sun. Will try it again.
