I am on day 6, missing some of my normal foods but am using my willpower to keep from eating them. I watch my servings which also is hard but i am really in need of losing weight. I do about 30 minutes of cardio per day so i am hoping that will pay off for me, its been real hard to push myself to go out each night since a couple times ive just wanted to go to bed. I don't have a weigh in till next Sat, i am eager to find out if i lost anything but dont want to do it to close together or i will get discouraged. June 3rd will hopefully be a happy day, maybe lose inches and weight all in one. I am secretly hoping to lose 10 lbs by next sat but i dont think it will hapen i guess i would be happy with 5. Heck i would be happy with any amount of weight loss at this point as long as i dont gain.
