well for one this weekend, i did not record at all, i was busy from friday to sunday, and monday i needed to re-cooperate. So i did not do any food recording at all, but i just tried to be careful of how much i consumed even if it was high in calorie, plus from changing my eating habbits ,my stomach has strunk so i can't eat that much, so i ate some things that were't that good like i had cake but one small piece with whipped icing, and i had some hot wings, the little wingetts and drumeets, and a small amount of chips and some cheese and one piece of lunch meat, that was saturday, friday i did ok, i ate healthy just ate my lean cuisne kinda late, and i had a few tortilla chips and a few bites of a cheese enchilada, and one piece of fried cat fish with a little hot sauce. Sunday i ate a few chips and salsa and my lean cuisine for lunch, and then i ate IN n OUT for dinner. I usually treat my self to eat what i want one day out of the week. But i was off monday and i had half of a half stack of 3 pancakes, half or less than half of some hasbrowns, 2 pcs bacon, and eggs i think one or two scrambled. I ate a snickers too. Regular size. I am having those time of the month cravings. I am craving salt and chocolate. Does any one out there have any suggestions on how to feed those cravings? I dont really care for chocolate pudding or chocolate substitutes. But feel free to let me know.

I am down 1lb so far and have lost 3 inches since february. I bought an exercise ball kit from Target, it came with the strenght resistant bands , a videow, a pump and the ball. I have not used it yet. I was super busy this weekend, and exhausted by the end of the day. Very late nites. But i cant wait to use it, i will put it together tonight. Is is ok to do strength resistant and cardio in the same day? Any one...
