Thanks again to those who take the time to comment on other people's blogs.

I had a stressful two days at work and didn't want to work out again tonight. So I decided to use my wobble board, ball and small weights at home. Thanks everyone for your time!!!

    Ya know, there are days I have to force myself to get my work out done. But when I'm done, feel good about myself for doing. Plan on one rest day a week. That way you won't get burned out.
