It's been a month since I've had any wine and table salt. (Well, to be honest, I still put a little salt on eggs, but other than that, I've kept the salt shaker off the table.) And in that time, I've lost about 8 pounds. I feel really good about that. Now I'll try for two months-February is a short month, right?
Does anyone have any good recipes using herbs and/or spices to give a little "punch" to the salt-free foods?
