Keep Pluggin

So I'm two months in (give or take a couple days) and this month wasn't all I had hoped it to be. My goal for the month was 5lbs, and I'm currently down 3.1 with after my final monthly weigh-in.

Normally news like this would have set me into a spiral, giving up because I didn't hit my goal- but not this time. You have to look at the glass half full- I'm 3.1 lbs lighter than I was 1 month ago not 1.9 heavier than I wanted to be. It's a marathon- last month I was down 6.6 so it kinda washes itself out- I'm down about 10 lbs for the two months- which puts me right on track for where I want to be.

My focus for this coming month is to just keep pluggin'- keep the intensity and aim for my 5lb mark. I'd love to have had more this month- but I just keep trying to think of the pounds as the sticks of butter they always show- I've got 3 less sticks of butter around my waist!! haha
