Had a break down for a few weeks, and all i have to show for it, is staying at the same weight, and still coming back to spark. So congratulations for that! I know i have to get there mentally, so if i just keep plugging along at what ever i am doing, but keep coming back to here i am doing something right! I am still reaching out to people and discovering new buddies. I believe this is going to be what helps me get thru it. I am lifting minimal weights, and i think that sucks, but in reality i have been doing it consistently for 3 weeks, and that is more commitment than i have had in 2 years! Keeping my goals low, so i can feel proud! Keep up the fresh produce! I will add this to my goals!
