Pushed it tonight!

After a busy day, I went w/ my son to the gym. He has to get in 25 minutes every few days for his class. Thus, I have decided that I would do my crunches, weights, and balance workout at home and concentrate at the gym on aerobic activity. So the past several days I have been doing 20-30 minutes of fast and furious movement. I used to do 30-60 minutes at a time so I laugh that I am just happy w/ 20-30 minutes. Oh well, you have to begin somewhere... I am. Today doing the 30 minutes I burned 300+ calories and kept my heart rate in the cardio zone for 25 minutes... woohoo! It felt good. I also joined two groups this past week which will encourage me to lose weight and to enjoy myself. We'll see how this goes!
