January 26, 2009 Week 2 of Leslie Sansone DVD's

Did 2 miles every morning with Walk Away the Pounds, 3 miles outside on Sat and Sun. Getting up at 6:15 to do 200 jumping jacks and then the 2 miles. Trying to get my calorie count down. Went out to eat on Friday and Saturday and made some unwise food choices on other days. Down 2 lbs on my Monday AM weighing. Not much for all the effort I've put into this. It's the high calorie count that is stopping me from dropping pounds. Not giving up, it's taking longer and harder to give up the food. Weight lifting on Sun, Tues and Thurs and 200 JJ Monday thru Friday. Also on my feet working 4-6 hrs every day. Completed week 1 of 100 pushups, modified version.
