Well I dared myself to get on the scale ready for yet another disappointment. I was shocked to see I lost 2 pounds. Not sure what I did, though I am becoming more and more aware of what I eat, and why. Emotions and moods are a huge factor with me. Recognizing this is a key. I know it's only 2 pounds, but I figure I can't lose 5 or 10 or 40 without losing the first 2. I have begun!
