This week has sucked bigtime. I haven't ran since Tuesday. I've been eating like a cow. I haven't had time to log my intake. I feel fluffy and tired. I've had a bunch of overtime and we've been super busy at work which leads to gulping down any *mostly* unhealthy food within eye-shot after periods of *starvation*. I think I'm pmsing.

Looking on the bright side: i've drank some water and i didn't gain anything (haven't lost anything either)....

There's always next week....
