My missing tooth caused me to gain! I didn't know there was SO much sodium in chicken noodle soup. I may never eat it again! Anyway, when I weighed Thursday morning (the day after the tooth went missing), I was glad to see that I was at my ULTIMATE goal weight (I'm sure that was due to not eating much and trauma). Well, I didn't eat all that much yesterday either, but my sodium content was DOUBLE what it should be. So guess who's trying to drink *LOTS* of water today (I'm not even allowed to use a straw - bummer!)? I'm going out of town for the weekend (oldest grandchild's birthday), but I don't think I'll overeat, since it still kinda hurts to chew.
