Much better going today

I did 30 minutes on my elliptical type machine, did cardio bootcamp, lower body workout and inner & outer thigh challenge. I was able to do my exercises yesterday, but that was about it. Eating was slightly better but still off.

I am putting the "slip-up" behind me now and going back on the road to success.
