I've had the flu since Saturday. However, I did get to work out Saturday and did hang out Saturday night, but I paid for it on Sunday. So, Sunday and Monday I didn't get to do cardio or bootcamp. I was very upset. I only did 5 minutes on the elliptical on Tuesday b/c of my lung condition but I did get Bootcamp in. But, fortunately since I had the flu and wasn't overly hungry I didn't eat much more than chicken noodle soup. I did eat a few extra sugarfree popsicles because of my fever being so high. I am going to do Bootcamp tonite and see how much I can do on the elliptical w/o pushing it. I am still watching what I eat and am drinking plenty of fluids. I think I got mad about getting the flu b/c I started eating right, exercising and taking vitamins, got a flu shot ... and still got the flu!!!

    Leslie, take it easy girl because you totally don't want to make it worse. I know it sucks not being able to do your regular routine, but you have to relax to recover. Take care of yourself and I'm sure you'll be back on track as soon as you feel better.

    I miss you on the team threads and I completely hope you feel better soon.
