Adding my foods to the food page are time consuming, but it is one of the most important parts of keeping myself aware of what goes into this body each day. If I eat too many different foods it becomes unweildy. How do others handle this? Writing them out is also time consuming. I like how the nutrition spark page figures out how many units of each nutrient you have consumed. I never thought about the totals over the course of the day....and as I write them in I can actually see the important aspects I am missing regularly.
