Off track again!

So I was doing so well during the vacation. I had time to exercise and wanted to. Now I'm back to working both jobs and eating late and missing much needed sleep. Weekends have been for laundry and other household jobs. I really liked being more active. After I got sick, I just haven't had the time (nor the energy) to get back onto the Wii. I have been still doing most of the morning workouts, but they are just 10 minute little things. Some minor walking at work helps. UGH! I really thought it would be different this time! I need to get back on track!

    Hi...it can be different if you believe it can be different...I read something on SP and thought it was so true "Many of lifes failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." How true for most of us...I was off track too and know how frustrating it can be and how we just love to beat ourselves up for it...What I did was to track my food and challenge myself that even if I have a bad day, I can have a good day or two...I also found when I had a bad day here and there I lost weight overall, because I believe we trick our metoblisms some how...

    On the weekends even if I have tons of things to do, I don't do them..I do what I feel like doing..my house is paying for it, but hey the work doesn't go anywhere and waits for us..

    Good luck in finding the strength to get back on the track again..you can do it, it has to do with our thought process...SP is truly the best place to be...
