Bootcamp is going well. I've enjoyed learning the different exercises in the short videos. They've given me some new ideas and uses for my stability ball. I've been trying to get up and do them in the morning before work b/c I run or do Wii Fitness Coach in the afternoon (plus I like the idea of getting my heart rate jump started in the morning), but I've been hit or miss with that. It's only 10 minutes earlier, but 10 minutes at 5:30 AM is a LIFETIME since I'd rather be sleeping. I'm getting the videos done in the afternoon if I skip them in the morning.. but this experience has just further proven that I am NOT a morning worker-outer! I'm all afternoon and evening!!
