Boot Camp Challenge and Just Checking In

So I have been trying hard to follow the boot camp program so far I have been doing real well with the cardio part of it and my diet has improved, I have missed out on a few days of the fitness videos, which I love by the way. The videos posted each day did lead me to the purchase of my first stability ball. I really love this exercise piece. I am glad the challenge motivated me to add this to my equipment. I am also doing a GNC 7 day cleansing and wearing a sauna suite while working out. I have 30 more lbs. to go since my gastric bypass surgery in July 07 and I am going to make it in the next couple of months! I am focused and determined to make this happen!
