Reigniting my Spark!

Midway through last year I began to falter on my goals. I didn't abandon them or anything, but I wasn't doing my best to attain them either. I noticed that I was beginning to let myself get out of control and was starting to lose my self-confidence. That's when I knew it was time to rejoin my gym and recommit myself to being healthy. Spark has always been there awaiting me but without the internet at my apartment it made it difficult to log everything. Well I think I've recently fixed that. I now carry around a handy little notebook, so I make sure I will remember to log everything. Then when I do finally get to a computer with the internet I just log it all first. Plus I'm beginning to plan out meals and will log them before I actually eat them. I find that it helps by reducing the amount of time I spend logging it later on. So since November (the time I recommitted myself) I've really been noticing results and I'm gaining my esteem and confidence back. I'm super proud of myself. I'm still not quite back to the lowest weight that I've logged since being with spark (147 lbs) but I'm only 5 lbs away from that and well....I'm pretty sure that I'm actually healthier now than I was then. I've involved more strength training this time around. The results are really paying off big. Before I was just focusing on getting the weight off, but now I want to be strong, toned, and healthy. I'm happy to say that my spark has been reignited!
