Doing the bootcamp challenges has been an added incentive for me to keep pushing myself to get to my goal. I have learned alot of new workout challenges that are alot of fun and have given me more tools to use to achieve my weight loss and keep it off. I have dropped a couple more pounds and some inches while doing these workouts and I am grateful to coach Nicole for all her hard work and dedication to help us all stay on track and reach our goals. It has help me to stay disciplined, to keep my eyes on the prize of what hard work and dedication can bring.
Im glad I have found sparkpeople its been such a blessing in my life I have met so many wonderful people. Through helping each other with advice, support, encouragement and love we all can achieve weight loss. Much success to you.
