Keep on keeping on

I've been feeling less motivated this week, partly because I was overdoing exercise and my knees started bothering me. I've told myself that it's ok, as long as I keep doing a little bit each day and moving forward with developing new habits. I don't need to conquer the world in a day. I'm so grateful for this site that keeps me challenged and helps me stay on track with living a healthier lifestyle.
