A week of Spark

So it's been about a week since I joined and I love this site. I realized that part of my problem with overeating was not holding myself accountable for what I was eating. I was probably consuming about 4000 calories a day to be completely honest. Now that I know I will have to be accountable for it, I only eat when I am hungry. It is making such a difference. I have also been working out everyday with liz and doing cardio for an hour, then we lift or do abs. I know that I am getting fit and I can see it. This is a plan that I can stick with. emoticon
