BFL Day 8

So this week my weight really bounced. I started BFL Day 0 at 184.4, then:
Day 1 - 183.6
Day 2 - 182.2
Day 3 - 182.0
Day 4 - 180.4
Day 5 - 181.2
Day 6 - 184.2
Day 7 - 183.2, too bad my weigh day wasn't Day 4 huh? lol.
I do weigh everyday, but I don't let it get to me if the results aren't what I want them to be. This is a life change, not an overnight miracle. I have also lost 0.5 inches in my waist this week, and 0.25 inches off the hips.
I am finding that it really isn't that hard to eat what I am supposed to and exercise. Some nights I haven't felt like doing the exercise, but I make myself start at least and then realize, oh, this isn't so bad, and continue on, and end up feeling better and also happy that I did what I needed to. I am pushing myself, but not so hard that I will grow weary really fast and want to quit. Also, Sunday is the "eat what you want free day," and I learned that chinese food was not the best option. I think I can eat what I want, but must remember to watch the portion size. I think I would've done better if I didn't go overboard on Sunday like I did.
I really want to be thin so I can have boobs!!! I don't want to get my boobs while I am big like this or they will just look like another fat roll. YUCK!!! lol...
Anyway, I will blog again on Day 15. I am anxious to see how this week goes.
