OUCH!

Okay, so After my last blog entry(Friday) - I went to the barn and "dug-out" my horse's stall. This means that I shoveled out all of the old (now) dirt and filled it back up with some clean pine shavings.

I did this as an intentional work out. I paced myself in effort to keep my heart rate up.

So Saturday I didn't do much BECAUSE I HURT! My back, arm, and HAND muscles ached. I'm still a bit stiff in my back today, but overall feeling better.

I think my next round of exercise will have to be a bit lighter; I understand and appreciate the need to "feel the burn", but I also have to get up the next day and play MOMMY and CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR.

I was pretty lazy today. My kids were home from school and I enjoyed a family day with them. I did get some general housework done too.

Things get back to normal tomorrow though - back to work.
