Working out today!!

WOO HOOing myself today!!! I am not fond of jogging and I actually jogged 5 laps today! A half of a mile They were not in a row but this is a big accomplishment for me. My trainer probably about had a heart attack because I did not complain about doing it. We had a great work out. He changed things up and boy did I sweat today. It felt great and cleansing. emoticon
