Weighed in today and no loss. Taking a deep breath and carrying on this week. Have been carefully tracking calories and keeping up daily gym visits. I suppose its to be expected as last weigh in showed 3 lbs. The greater picture is that I am feeling fitter and healthier each day which I must remember is my primary goal,. I do not need to be a scales groupie.

    Congrats with sticking with it.

    I think one of the keys to it all is to have more than one measuring stick... maybe tight clothes, a measuring tape, how you feel, your resting heart rate.

    The scale doesn't have to be the only thing...

    Do this-- take a pair of tight or decently fitting jeans-- wash 'em. You know how they get tight... try them on-- I bet EVEN THOUGH they are freshly washed and tough they fit better and are slightly looser.

    I bet you!

    If you are doing what you are supposed to be doing-- exercising and eating 90-95% decently then your body is changing for the better-- even if the scale sometimes is a B****!

    The scale is the mean popular girl in school-- you can't fight it-- you can't win-- ignore it!

    Congrtulations on sticking with it and not getting disheartened. As long as you know you are doing your best, and feeling better for it there has to be improvement somewhere. Perhaps more muscle. Enjoy your improved health and energy :)
