New to the site

I am new to this site and I am looking for help staying motivated and I am trying to find a way to keep track of my progress. I have never lost my baby weight and after 2 years I am really tired of it. I am looking to loose about 20 pounds, but really I am more concerned with inches. I have tummy fat and love handles that just make me crazy, so those are my main priority but other things are important too. I just don't like what I see in the mirror in the morning. I guess I just needed to join something where I would be faced with my activities (or lack of) so then I may be more motivated to see it through to the end. I have heard that this is a great site, so i am hoping it will work for me.

    Welcome! If you are looking for motivation, support, encouragement and laughter, you have come to the right spot. SparkPeople is all of that plus! If you have not already, browse the SparkTeams and join a few that relate to who you are, what you enjoy, and so on. Also look at the message boards because they are loaded with motivation and support. There are dozens of articles if you sign up for them that you can read and earn points for reading. There are so many ways you can stay motivated. I hope you enjoy SparkPeople as much as I have already in my year here! emoticon emoticon
