New You Boot Camp Week 3 Day 1

The start of week 3 of boot camp. Hard to believe I've stuck it out this long! Still fighting cravings for sweets. I feel like climbing the wall the craving is so strong sometimes. Just eating a small amount does not seem to help either, I just want more and more after I get a taste. Have been trying to divert my attention to other things instead of eating today. Still ate too much of the good stuff!! Hope this week will be better! Really like the week one video. Much easier for me than the rest. Not as painful on the old joints!
